Premium domains are the high-demand luxury mansions of the domain world. They have an extraordinary high potential for revenue or resale. Many of them can make significant revenues just by parking and a lot of the premium domain names are already making money and receiving lots of traffic. Premium domain names usually have the keywords right in the name and will naturally rank high in Google for the primary search term which will lead to much traffic and backlinks and eventually a high PageRank.
